Step 1: Know the Admissions Requirements & Deadlines

Whether you are a junior just starting the process or a transfer student ready to take the next step in your academic journey, we want to help make this a fun and smooth process. For general questions you may also call the Office of Admissions at 541-322-3119 or email bendbeavs@osucascades.edu.

Step 2: Apply

Complete the OSU-Cascades admission application online or through the Common Application. Pay the $65 application fee or request a fee waiver as part of the application. To be considered for admission, the admissions office must receive your admissions application and all required supporting documents.

Step 3: Request High School or College Transcripts

Request an official copy of your high school transcript be sent to OSU-Cascades enrollment services at 1500 SW Chandler Ave, Bend, OR 97702 or emailed to admit@osucascades.edu. You may also upload a transcript or missing documents in Beaver Basecamp.

Step 4: Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships

The first step to acquiring financial aid is to complete & submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and include the OSU (003210) or the ORSAA (for Oregon residents who are undocumented). The FAFSA can be completed online at www.fafsa.gov.  Additional information on financial aid and scholarships can be found online. You will automatically be considered for some scholarships based on your application for admission while other OSU scholarships require a separate application. Submitting your application by February 28 is the best way to ensure a competitive financial aid package.

Step 5: Waiting Time

Once the Office of Admissions has your application and all required transcripts, the admissions review process will begin. Depending on the time of year you apply this process can take several weeks. You can check the status of your application in Beaver Basecamp.

Step 6: Confirm Your Enrollment

To confirm your intent to enroll at Oregon State University – Cascades, you must submit the Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD) form along with your $200 deposit. Follow the ATD Online Payment instructions to confirm your enrollment and process payment.
