Where is OSU-Cascades and the residence hall?

Our campus is located at 1500 SW Chandler Avenue in Bend, which is 1.9 miles from downtown, 1.3 miles from the Old Mill District, and near hiking and biking trails and outdoor recreation opportunities. The residence hall is located on the campus.

How are the residence hall rooms configured?

Each room includes two twin beds. Bathroom shared with one neighboring room (lock-off ability for privacy). Communal lounges and kitchens are available for use.

Is parking provided for the event?

Yes, you can park in the lot on campus.

What is the policy on bringing minors?

Minors are welcome. Visit the Conference Services policy page for more information.

What should I be thinking about regarding eye safety?

Protect those eyes! It is never safe to look directly at the sun's rays – even if the sun is partly obscured. Solar viewing glasses will be provided by OSU-Cascades.

Will I have access to Wi-Fi?


Can I use alcohol, marijuana or other drugs on site?

No alcohol or drugs may be possessed or consumed by any guest in the residence halls, dining hall, academic building, even by those 21 and older.

Can I bring my animals with me?

Sorry, no pets.

What about local medical facilities?

There are medical facilities near the campus. Check out our local Health Care Providers.

Any air conditioning in the rooms?

No, feel free to bring a fan.
