Energy Systems Engineering Academic Resources

All ESE students will review the COE Undergraduate Policy Manual to be aware of the policies and requirements specific to this college.

Each pre-ESE and ESE professional school student will work with the ESE advisor at OSU-Cascades to create academic plans and clarify policies and process. Students must plan their schedules carefully to meet departmental, college, and university graduation requirements. This website includes resources and tools to help students plan effectively.

Multiple Engineering Cooperative Program (MECOP)

Students in the energy systems engineering program have the option to apply to MECOP, an engineering internship cooperative. MECOP is a two-year program; students participate in internships during the spring and summer of their junior and senior years. Although they extend the length of time to obtain a B.S. degree, MECOP internships allow students to gain valuable practical experience and earn competitive wages.
