Student Fitness Center attendants are in the Kinesiology program and can help with proper body mechanics, how to get the best workout and how to avoid injury. They will be available fall term, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., except on Wednesdays starting at Noon.
Two free group fitness classes are offered weekly starting fall 2017.

A new workout not offered during open gym training, strength and/or skill development will be performed. The emphasis of the HIIT class is to continue to develop and train the skills learned in the Basics class as well as push you to achieve your health and fitness goals. A dynamic class for all levels from beginner to advanced.
|Thursdays||5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.||Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes.|
