Community Counseling Services

There are many places in Central Oregon to receive counseling services.  A good fit with the counselor is the best determinant for success in counseling.

Free OSU-Cascades Graduate Counseling Clinic at the Graduate & Research Center

OSU-Cascades offers free counseling to community members and students through the university’s graduate counseling clinic. The counseling sessions allow master’s students to implement and develop expertise under the close supervision of faculty and clinical supervisors. Sessions are facilitated by graduate students who are trained in cognitive–behavioral therapies that are shown to be effective in helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. This is a different program from the free counseling services through OSU-Cascades Student Wellness. Call 541-322-2047 or learn more about the clinic here.
