The Accounting Club develops ideas through interaction among members, faculty, and professionals to inform and encourage students about the path of accountancy. Our mission is to bring the wide world of Accounting to OSU- Cascades through knowledge and understanding.
The OSU-Cascades AAUW student organization empowers all women and girls to reach their highest potential. We work to bring activities and events to promote women’s issues on our campus and in our community. AAUW will play a role in supporting any and all female students who seek help with their academic endeavors.
The Association of Energy Engineers mission is: “to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for sustainable development.” We at the Cascades AEE Student Chapter embrace this mission statement while adding the following elements: Helping those with interest in engineering to learn about the different areas of engineering, providing information and resources for different engineering certifications, establishing student connections with local employers through providing networking opportunities during guest presentations, and increasing community awareness of OSU Engineering programs.
The mission of the OSU-Cascades Beaver Strong club is to create a positive, supportive, judgement free, safe, energy-filled atmosphere where students are encouraged to live their healthiest and happiest lives possible. We achieve this by regularly working out together on campus, in our community, and participating in health-related community service and events. Whether you have never exercised a day in your life or are an elite athlete, you are welcome in our club.
The purpose of the Biosciences Journal Club is to foster knowledge of and exposure to scientific literature in areas of study at OSU-Cascades. Our goal is to introduce students to scientific literature through regular group discussions of a pre-selected science journal and to encourage critical thinking and analysis. Working together to broaden our understanding, we hope to aid in producing impactful members of the scientific community.
The purpose of the Cascades Community Research Club is to provide undergraduate research students with opportunities to explore the world of research through workshops with professionals, guest presentations, and event planning. Experience within research is not required!

The purpose of the Cascade Tech Club is to advise students interested in attending OSU-Cascades and/or pursuing a degree in computer science, hold social events, provide tutoring to fellow club members, participate in regional computer science conferences, and attend lectures conducted by local professors and students.
To maintain currency with emerging trends in computer science (e.g. Internet of Things), the organization will take on various extracurricular projects and host literature reviews for students to discuss and explore possible undergraduate research opportunities.
Beyond campus, the Cascades Tech Club also seeks to establish a positive and lasting relationship with community stakeholders. We will strive for this relationship by speaking to local high school students about the university on behalf of OSU-Cascades, providing community service, and establishing partnerships with local technology companies for student networking and internship opportunities.
The Cascades Writing Guild is open to OSU Cascades students who have a mind for poetry, prose, lyrics, graphic novels, and all other forms of creative literature. Our purpose as an organization is to provide a platform for students to come together, share their work, and receive quality feedback from their peers. We are intent on creating an open-minded environment where writers from all walks of life may have a voice. Our meetings are centered around reading each other’s work, writing prompts, and workshops. The Guild’s first objective is to facilitate communication between writers and build a community around our shared passion. Its second objective is to serve as a platform for writers of all levels to sharpen their craft and learn from others through constructive critique and peer-review.
The purpose of this Chapter is to build movements of people who are transformed by Jesus Christ. The student-led movement seeks to introduce students to Jesus Christ, help them to grow in their faith, encourage them to live life passionately under the lordship of Christ, and inspire commitment to advancing the purposes of God in the world.
The purpose of the OSU-Cascades Cycling club is to provide students a means with which to participate, train and/or compete in road biking, mountain biking, and cyclocross within the growing sport of collegiate cycling. Furthermore, we wish to stimulate interest in collegiate cycling among our community by creating and participating in community events and service opportunities.
Our mission is to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where OSU-Cascades students learn, communicate, and achieve entrepreneurial opportunities. By becoming a host to aspiring entrepreneurs, students will find success within the resources available through the community and the University.
The mission of our organization is to create a safe space for people interested and or invested in the LGBTQ+ community to discuss and promote equal rights on campus. This organization will foster the promotion of cultural and academic growth for OSU-Cascades students.
The OSU-Cascades Kinesiology Club was formed to connect like-minded students and foster personal, academic, and professional growth. We participate in and volunteer at many local events and organizations, which gives students a platform for networking, both socially and professionally. We organize and attend events of interest to us, including the NWASCM conference and invite guest speakers from various fields related to kinesiology. We promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle throughout our campus and the community.
Mortar Board, Inc., a national honor society that recognizes college seniors for their achievements in scholarship, leadership and service, provides opportunities for continued leadership development, promotes service to colleges and universities and encourages lifelong contributions to the global community. To create social and professional networking opportunities for club members, and to help students build career-oriented skills allowing them to give back to the community.
This is Oregon State University-Cascades Winter Sports Club. The Club provides a space for students to participate in winter sports such as Alpine, Nordic, Free-ride, and Snowboarding events. Any student that would like to participate in the club is allowed if they follow the guidelines in the Constitution.
