1. Commit to OSU-Cascades (Returning Students - Go to Step 2)
Complete and submit your application for admission. Once you have been admitted, you’ll receive an ONID account to serve as your university email address. To activate your online account, go to onid.oregonstate.edu, select Sign up for ONID and follow the directions to activate your account.
2. Apply for Housing
Find a link to the application on the UHDS website via MyUHDS. Once you have logged into your MyUHDS account with your OSU ONID user name and password, you will click “Apply Now” in the top right column on the page and then select “OSU-Cascades Housing Application and Contract” for your first term from the list of options when you click “Applications” in the top middle of the page.
3. Deposit and Register
Before you can select a room type; you must pay your Advanced Tuition Deposit (ATD) to OSU-Cascades and register for a New Student Orientation session.
4. Get Room Assignment
Once you have completed the steps listed above, you will receive your room assignment. Every effort will be made to accommodate one of your housing preferences, however, assignments are contingent on space availability. When you are assigned to a room, you will pay a non-refundable contract signing fee.
*A $50.00 contract signing fee will be billed to student accounts after a room has been selected or assigned.
