Enjoy on-campus living in the new OSU-Cascades residence hall. Graduate student housing at OSU-Cascades is designed to give you a living environment full of amenities that's close to all campus resources. Our residence hall offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike/ski/snowboard storage, no deposits or utility fees, laundry and high-speed internet access.
All room types are open to graduate students but many choose to live in single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom, or with other graduate or upper-division students in apartment-style suites, complete with kitchenette.
Incoming graduate students who apply to live on campus for the 2017-2018 academic year will receive $675 off their housing bill and a Bend Beavs fleece blanket.*
(*A $50 contract signing fee will be charged to your student account. Discount will be applied to student accounts once per academic term in the amount of $225. If a student moves out of the hall midterm/year and breaks their contract, this discount is forfeited.)
If your graduate classes start in June, check out summer session housing.
In addition to apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and a kitchen on every floor, you’ll be steps from the Beaver Dam – our campus dining center. The Beaver Dam features a variety of made-to-order foods, from grain bowls to personal pizzas. There are plenty of fresh ingredients and whole grains on the menus, and many items provided by local sources.
Dining Plan Information: Choose one of our 2017-18 dining plans and receive a 10% discount. Graduate students have the option for Dining Plan #5 ($500/term) OR no dining plan at all (Dining Plan #6, $0/term)!
