Graduate students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-2019.
Oregon's newest beaver lodge offers apartment-style living — as well as rooms with private bathrooms, study rooms and lounges with a kitchen. You'll be steps away from classes and part of a graduate student community.
Graduate students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-19.*
*An additional $50 contract signing fee will be charged to your student account.
*Discount will be applied to student accounts once per academic term in the amount of $300. If a student moves out of the halls midterm/year and breaks their contract this discount is forfeited.
All room types are open to graduate students but many choose to live in apartment-style suites, complete with kitchenette.

In addition to apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and a kitchen on every floor, you’ll be steps from the Beaver Dam – our campus dining center. The Beaver Dam features a variety of made-to-order foods, from grain bowls to personal pizzas.
