Transfer students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-2019.
Living in the heart of Beaver Nation is a great way to get connected to life on campus. More than a third of our residents are sophomores and above, many of them transfer students. With flexible contracts, a variety of room and suite options, and professional live-in staff to answer questions, living on campus can simplify your transfer process.
Second year and above students who live on campus next year will receive $900 off their housing bill for 2018-19.*
*An additional $50 contract signing fee will be charged to your student account.
*Discount will be applied to student accounts once per academic term in the amount of $300. If a student moves out of the halls midterm/year and breaks their contract this discount is forfeited.
All floors and room types are open to transfer students. However, many choose to live in single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom, or with other upper-division students in apartment-style suites in the Sophomore and Above Community on the 4th floor.
In addition to apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and a kitchen on every floor, you’ll be steps away from the Beaver Dam cafe in our campus dining center. The Beaver Dam features a variety of made-to-order foods, from grain bowls to personal pizzas.
