Use the OSU-Cascades meditation room to practice silent meditation or mindfulness

Let yourself make a mistake

Reach out to family or friends when you need support

Cope with stress in a healthy way

Practice being positive

When you wake up, say 5 things you're thankful for

Take a bath 

Be creative and paint or draw
