The Spring Wellness Challenge lasts from May 7 to May 27. Each week of the challenge focuses on a different element of health; physical (May 7-13), emotional (May 14-20), and social (May 21-27). The idea is to challenge yourself in new ways and create new healthy habits. You may log multiple activities per day. Log your activities here.
