Welcome to Week Three of the OSU-Cascades Wellness Challenge: Social Wellness

Below are ideas that you can do to gain participation points in the wellness challenge. After you've done an activity, log your points here.
 

Instead of posting on social media, talk with a friend

Call a friend you haven't talked to in a while

Deal with conflict appropriately

Ask someone you'd like to get to know out for coffee

Go for a walk with a friend

Write a letter and send it to someone you care about

Turn off the TV and do something else

Do something nice for someone else

Be a better listener for a friend

Volunteer with a friend

Grab your friends and go clean up a park
