Step 2: Apply

Complete the OSU-Cascades admission application online. Pay the $65 application fee or request a fee waiver as part of the application. To be considered for admission, the admissions office must receive your admissions application and all required official transcripts.

Step 3: Request High School or College Transcripts

If you are applying as a transfer or post-bacc student and graduated from high school in 1997 or after, request that an official copy of your high school transcript (to document foreign language competency was met at the high school level) and official transcripts from any college that you have ever attended be sent to OSU-Cascades enrollment services. If you are applying as a transfer or post-bacc student and graduated from high school before 1997, request that an official transcript be sent to OSU-Cascades enrollment services from any college that you have ever attended.

Step 4: Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships

The first step to acquiring financial aid is to complete & submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and include the OSU (003210). The FAFSA can be completed online at www.fafsa.gov.  Additional information on financial aid and scholarships can be found online.

Step 5: Waiting Time

Once enrollment services has your application and all required transcripts, the admissions review process will begin. This may take up to three weeks. You will be notified by mail of the admission decision. To check the status of your application click here. Use the web ID and password that you created when you applied. You should see your application under "Processed Applications." Your account will show if you have any missing items or if a decision has been made on your file.

Step 6: Confirm Your Enrollment

To confirm your intent to enroll at Oregon State University – Cascades, you must submit the Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD) form along with your $200 deposit. Follow the ATD Online Payment instructions to confirm your enrollment and process payment.

Step 7: Transfer START Orientation

Once you have been notified of your acceptance, please register for Transfer START and complete Transfer START online orientation. Transfer START covers important information on campus policies, financial aid & payments, student services (Career Services, Student Life, International Programs), student accounts, and library services. Transfer START also includes academic advising and registration.
