Through this system police personnel can access information contained on state and the National Crime Information Center which is a Federal law enforcement database. These computer databases are used for accessing criminal history data, nationwide records, driver/vehicle identification information, as well as other local, state and federal law enforcement information.

The university boundaries are in Bend, Oregon and are limited to the buildings controlled by OSU-Cascades. All crime victims and witnesses are strongly encouraged to immediately report crimes to the OSU-Cascades Department of Public Safety at (541)-322-3110 or the City of Bend Police Department (541) 693-6911.
