Course Description

Today’s organizational leaders are tasked with a variety of responsibilities. Fundamentals of Leadership will cover most every aspect of leadership today and provide you valuable tools, whether you are a business owner, run a nonprofit or manage a team. Topics will include the critical importance of vision; principles and values —  and how to use them in leading an organization; motivating individuals and teams, and delegating. You’ll also learn how to integrate your learnings into your organization’s culture and your leadership practices. Taught by Rod Ray, former chief executive officer and president of Bend Research, this workshop will provide invaluable resources and direction for today’s leaders.
