How to Start a Nonprofit

This one-day workshop will teach you how to turn your game-changing idea into a successful nonprofit. It provides an overview of getting a nonprofit off the ground and running, from how to register your organization, to understanding federal and state regulations, to establishing a successful board of directors, to fundraising strategies. Participants will leave the course with a clearly defined mission, a getting-started toolkit, and a list of helpful resources in the community.

Instructor

Adam Krynicki is the executive director of the Innovation Co-Laboratory at OSU-Cascades. He has more than a decade of experience working with small businesses and startups.
