Taught by OSU-Cascades business instructor Erika McCalpine, the first session on October 16 will review strategic human resources management, personnel planning and recruiting. In the second session on October 30, participants will discuss diversity, microaggressions, implicit bias and search advocacy in hiring to mitigate bias in the hiring process and achieve strategic goals.
A business instructor at OSU-Cascades, Erika McCalpine has more than fifteen years of experience working with national companies such as AT&T and Fidelity Information Services.
