A Toolkit for Successful Aging

Taught by the OSU-Cascades kinesiology faculty in four two-hour sessions, A Toolkit for Successful Aging is a workshop that will explore the various aspects of aging from biological, social and cultural perspectives. Learn the importance of maintaining healthy exercise and nutrition habits, as well as how to slow the progression of conditions such as cardiovascular disease and osteoarthritis. You will develop practical steps for implementing these principles into your own life.
