  • OSU is requesting that all faculty, staff, and students voluntarily notify the university of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis to ensure appropriate support and resources are provided to those who have been exposed or tested positive. This information will only be utilized for the specific purposes of providing support, resources and fulfilling the university’s requirement to assist local public health authorities by reporting positive cases within our community. This confidential information will be protected to the fullest extent allowed by state and federal law and only disclosed for the purposes described above.

Academic Advising

Advising is available remotely.  Visit the Academic Advising webpage for contact information for your advisor and to schedule a remote appointment. 

Building Hours and Access

  • Buildings are closed to public until further notice and in response to OSU COVID-19 guidance and Executive Order by the Governor’s Office.
  • Students must use Student ID card (keycard) when entering campus buildings. Your swipe gives us a record you've been in a building, and allows Deschutes County Health Services to contact you in the event any contact tracing is needed.

    • Follow signs for flow patterns at entrances, exits and in corridors.

  • Visit MyOSU to pay balances via credit card (1% fee) or ACH (no fee).
  • Checks can also be mailed to OSU-Cascades, Attn: Business Office, 1500 SW Chandler Ave., Bend, OR 97702.

Career Development Center

  • CDC staff continue to support your career and employment needs. To make a virtual appointment visit Handshake.

Computer Lab and Printing

Dining - Beaver Dam and Coffee Grounds

  • See updated services, including online ordering (to come) and new hours.
  • No cash payments. Use Orange Cash (save 10%), credit or debit card.
  • Closed to public.

Disability Access Services

  • To access DAS services, continue to use online resources provided here.

Event Request Form

  • Campus-sponsored events that are on-site and in-person, or off-site and in-person in Central Oregon, must comply with all applicable OSU, local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Submit event requests to the event request form for approval. Submissions are not approved until requestor has received a confirmation email.
  • Event requests are not required for unit-based or department meetings held to conduct university business.

  • Parking fees are in effect. Register your vehicle and pre-fund parking account.
