Building Hours

In response to OSU COVID-19 guidance and Executive Order by the Governor’s Office, all buildings are closed to the public and accessible only with keycard access:

Tykeson Hall
Closed to public (keycard access for critical personnel and for students enrolled in summer term 4 and 5 on-site courses)

Obsidian Hall
Closed to public (key card access for critical personnel)

Graduate & Research Center
Closed to public (keycard access for critical personnel)

    Financial Aid

    Fitness Center

    The Fitness Center is closed until further notice.

    Dining and Study Grounds Hours

    Meals and beverages are available in the Beaver Dam and Study Grounds ONLY for students living in the residence hall and only for pick-up and delivery.. 


    • Hours may change.
      • Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
      • Key card access to mailboxes and drop slots: Daily: 6 a.m. – Midnight

    Business Office


    • The cashier’s office is closed for in-person and phone transactions.
    • Go to MyOSU to pay your balances via credit card (1% fee) or ACH (no fee).
    • Checks mailed to the Business Office will be processed weekly.

    • Neighbor Impact offers rent relief for residents of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties, and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Spring who meet income and employment status requirements. Apply here or contact or 541-323-0222.
