To advance equity and create awareness in organizations by equipping leaders and staff to adopt and use new tools and strategies in their workplaces and in their daily lives.
To create leaders in the community as training partners and students/interns that take the new tools they have gained and apply them in their daily lives outside of the workplace and the classroom.
To grow into a premier DEI Lab for the Pacific Northwest region and the nation.
