POSITIVE CASE COMMUNICATION
OSU is requesting that all faculty, staff, and students voluntarily notify the university of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis to ensure appropriate support and resources are provided to those who have been exposed or tested positive. This information will only be utilized for the specific purposes of providing support, resources and fulfilling the university’s requirement to assist local public health authorities by reporting positive cases within our community. This confidential information will be protected to the fullest extent allowed by state and federal law and only disclosed for the purposes described above.
OSU's TRACE team is supporting a safer and healthier community with:
Weekly high-frequency and mandatory testing of students in the residence hall. Residential students will receive email invitations to participate.
Optional testing for employees, including student workers, who are required to work on-campus. Eligible employees will receive email invitations to participate.
Testing location and hours are as follows. Times are subject to change:

Building Hours and Access
Buildings are closed to public until further notice and in response to OSU COVID-19 guidance and Executive Order by the Governor’s Office.
Students must use Student ID card (keycard) when entering campus buildings. Your swipe gives us a record you've been in a building, and allows Deschutes County Health Services to contact you in the event any contact tracing is needed.

Residential students: A personal health kit including a face covering will be in your room when you arrive.

ID card (keycard) access to mailboxes and drop slots: Daily: 6 a.m. – Midnight.
Parking fees in effect beginning Sept. 23. Register your vehicle and pre-fund parking account.
