Get help with your workout

Student Fitness Center attendants are in the Kinesiology program and can help with proper body mechanics, how to get the best workout and how to avoid injury. They will be available winter term, Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., except on Wednesdays starting at 12:00 p.m.

Free group fitness classes

Two free group fitness classes are offered weekly starting winter 2019. 

Sign up for a class at the Fitness Center with one of the staff during our staffed hours (Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
