Earn your B.A. or B.S. in hospitality management in one of the Northwest’s premier tourist destinations: Bend! OSU offers the only hospitality management degree program of its kind in Oregon.
The OSU hospitality degree is also offered online through OSU Ecampus.
The multi-disciplinary degree program prepares you for a wide range of hospitality careers within a corporate setting, in a hospitality operations setting, or as an entrepreneur.
The hospitality industry requires college graduates who can go directly into management and can hit-the-ground-running on their first day of work. The hospitality management program provides students with the skills and knowledge to become leaders and innovators in the hospitality industry.
Students pursuing a degree in hospitality management also receive a minor in business administration.
Business administration students can focus their studies by selecting the hospitality management option. The option is designed to equip you with skills in service, operations management, hospitality technology, food and beverage operations, as well as solid business fundamentals in marketing and accounting.
Available at OSU-Cascades and online through OSU Ecampus.
If you're an industry professional who is interested in hospitality courses at OSU-Cascades, you can enroll as a nondegree-seeking student and build your career with courses that best fit your needs. Check with your employer to see if you are eligible for a tuition assistance program.
Available at OSU-Cascades and online through OSU Ecampus.
In addition to the core skills mentioned above, this program provides a specialization in ecotourism and sustainability, which is the fastest growing segment of hospitality today. Through internships, work experience programs and in-class lectures from industry leaders, students will take advantage of Bend's world-class ecotourism laboratory.
The hospitality management program is led by Executive-in-Residence Todd Montgomery.
