In fact, we are more persistent in finishing tasks, achieve better academic success, enhance our creativity and improve our concentration when we’re cheerful. Cultivating a more optimistic outlook helps us to be more resilient when facing adversity, less vulnerable to sickness, and well, way more fun to be around…
So how do we experience more of these happy feelings? How can we smile more often, feel less anxious, and suffer less feelings of inadequacy?
Simple. We practice the habits of happiness. Sharing the science of the past 20 years, we condense this information into happiness and well-being practices, giving you real tools, proven to bring about sustainable happiness and a more positive outlook. And then we work on them every week in the same way that we would train for a marathon, …less sweat tho’…probably.
