Breezy Winters
Breezy Winters, fine artist and educator, graduated with honors from Lake Tahoe Community College with an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts. Winters also graduated from Brooks Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Journalism, and a Master of Fine Arts in Photography Magna Cum Laude. She was also formally trained and mentored in Alternative Process Photography by fine artist Joyce Wilson. Winters taught photography courses at Ventura College and Halstrom Academy, and Alternative Process workshops with Joyce Wilson.
Diana Popp
Diana has a background in wildlife field studies, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), art and photography. After earning a bachelor of science, Diana participated in a variety of wildlife research projects, including Oregon silverspot butterfly monitoring on Cascade Head, cavity-nesting bird surveys in Central Oregon, and wintering eagle distribution and bald eagle nest site observation studies with Oregon Eagle Foundation.
Faith Seals
Faith Seals is a lifelong helper, mentor, and learner. Over the past 35 years, her primary vocation has been serving as a Licensed School Counselor, primarily at the elementary (K–5) level. While serving at Sage Elementary in Redmond Public Schools, Faith contributed to the school’s efforts that led to earning the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) designation from the American School Counselor Association in 2025.
Christina Cappy
Christina Cappy is an instructor of anthropology at Oregon State University – Cascades and Central Oregon Community College. Since starting at OSU-Cascades in 2017, she has designed and taught a range of courses in the fields of cultural and linguistic anthropology, as well as mentored honors students. She previously acted at the part-time faculty representative on the Faculty Senate at COCC and currently serves as the associated faculty representative on Academic Faculty Council at OSU-Cascades.
Brian Hall
Brian "Beej" Hall has two decades experience working in software development, ranging from large corporations to small startups. He has worked on numerous and diverse projects, including mobile development, system monitoring software, writing video games at Activision, web development, and more. With a passion for teaching, his online guides have helped countless people around the world further develop their programming skills.
Hall holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics from California State University, Chico.
Norman Rush
Norm Rush is the program coordinator and senior instructor of accounting with the business administration program at Oregon State University - Cascades. He is a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting.
