Students and Employees are Required to Register Vehicles

Employees and students are required to register vehicles online before parking in any OSU-Cascades parking lot. All parking is monitored and enforced using license plate recognition technology - no sticker or hangtag is required after registering.

Commuters have the option to pre-fund their account. Pre-funding your account is equal to purchasing a permit, except that you only pay by hour/day that you are parked on campus ($.50/hour; Max. $2/day). 

To park on campus during fee hours, commuters must pay online in advance or pay at the pay station upon arrival.

Commuters: Pre-fund Your Parking Account Online or In Person

After registering, commuters can pre-fund your account. If you plan to drive each day of the term, you will likely need $85 to $100 per term. Each day you don't drive alone, you save the money and it will be available during the next academic term. Step 1: Create an account (new user) or login (returning user) at
Step 2: Choose “permit” on the left-hand vertical menu, then choose “pay-go” to view your balance or add funds to your account. (Note, this function is currently under construction).
Step 3: Select an amount to deposit into your parking account and click "pay."
Step 4: Each day your vehicle is on campus, parking fees of $0.50 per hour (or maximum of $2/day) will be deducted from your account balance upon exiting the parking lot.
