Breezy Winters, fine artist and educator, graduated with honors from Lake Tahoe Community College with an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts. Winters also graduated from Brooks Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Journalism, and a Master of Fine Arts in Photography Magna Cum Laude. She was also formally trained and mentored in Alternative Process Photography by fine artist Joyce Wilson. Winters taught photography courses at Ventura College and Halstrom Academy, and Alternative Process workshops with Joyce Wilson. Currently, Winters specializes in portraiture and shares all of her knowledge and creativity through courses at OSU-Cascades and workshops at COCC.
