Trained as a journalist, Erin brings a reporter’s curiosity and passion for social change through storytelling to his equity and inclusion work. Erin most recently worked for Saving Grace, where he helped lead efforts to expand outreach and access for underserved survivors of domestic/sexual violence and provided cultural competency trainings for advocates across the state and region. Erin also works with service, medical and other organizations to improve their LGBTQ and cultural competency as a volunteer with the Human Dignity Coalition. He is committed to cultivating compassionate conversations about challenging topics and giving people the tools to engage with curiosity and respect across difference. Erin earned his bachelor’s in communications from Simmons College in Boston and has written about issues of race, class, sexuality, religion, accessibility and identity for a wide range of publications.
