Kelsey manages the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborates with hiring managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies, and administers classification and compensation for the campus.
Prior to joining OSU-Cascades, Kelsey spent a little over a decade working in the retail food industry providing human resources guidance and expertise to grocery stores. After earning her bachelor's degree, Kelsey worked as a consultant for a strategy and growth firm, providing strategic direction to organizations across diverse industries.
Kelsey made the shift back into human resources, working as a human resource analyst for Washington State University, where she supported the Tri-Cities campus. During her time at WSU Tri-Cities, Kelsey assisted managers in developing effective recruitment strategies, classification and compensation analysis, and training search committees in best practices.
Kelsey holds a B.A. in human resource management and is a professional in human resources (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
