Natalie is an Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a counselor for OSU-Cascades. She received her master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University in Minnesota in 2006. Her approach to counseling to be collaborative, curious, and relational. Natalie is also a trained yoga instructor and mindfulness educator. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family going on outdoor adventures, practicing yoga, reading and writing in coffee shops, and napping.
Natalie has had a wide range of experiences that have led her to think deeply about loss, and even further, into ambiguous loss — what it means to grieve something we can’t define. During her talk at TEDxMcMinnville, she encouraged all to embrace the ambiguity in our lives.
