The Office of Student Life will manage requests for placement of content on campus digital screens.

Below are the policies and procedures on how to get your content onto the university digital screens. 

  • Organizations should provide Student Life with finalized slide artwork.
  • OSU-Cascades and OSU-related entities should adhere to the OSU and OSU-Cascades brand guidelines whenever possible. Student organizations may format and brand their content according to their organization’s requirements. Need a little help? Click on the PowerPoint slides in Box for OSU-Cascades.
  • Off-campus entities may not post messages to the digital screens unless expressly approved by the Department of Community Relations and Marketing.
  • Slides should be provided as JPEG, 1920 x 1080, no larger than 1 MB.
  • Requests should be made with 2 weeks advance notice, and they should be sent to along with additional contact information for follow up questions.
