Post Your Event on Campus

The Office of Student Life in Tykeson 110 can help you with this task. We ask that all of the posters and flyers first stop by our office in Tykeson 110 in order to be approved by our Marketing Coordinator before being posted on campus. One of the members of the Events Council will post your print marketing for you on the designated boards around campus.

 

Posters and flyers must include: 

  • Date of event
  • Sponsoring group 
  • Time, location, price
  • DAS statement

 

Marketing that does not receive approval will be taken down.

If you are a community member and you have an event coming up please bring TWO copies of your event to The Office of Student Life for approval.
