Submitting a rental reservation request does not guarantee that the request has been approved. Due to our limited inventory, the items requested may be out of stock. Staff at Cascades Rentals will confirm all online reservation requests via email within three days of the submission.   

  • Rental reservation requests can be made a maximum of two weeks in advance.
  • Online reservation requests are preferred a minimum of two days in advance.
  • Walk-in rentals are available, however, please know we do not always have staff available.
  • Please reference the Cascades Rentals office hours to ensure we have staff availability to help with your rentals, including walk-ins.
  • Each renter may only rent equipment to outfit themselves plus two additional persons.(Some exclusions apply)
  • Online reservation request cancellations must be made two (2) working days prior to the day of pick-up.
  • Confirmed reservations that are not canceled will result in restrictions on future reservation requests.
