Convocation means “to come together.” It is a special tradition at OSU-Cascades, hosted by Vice President Becky Johnson and Andrew Ketsdever, dean of academic affairs. Our Convocation Ceremony marks the beginning of fall term and welcomes our newest and returning students into the academic community.
This year, hear from Dr. Johnson and Dr. Ketsdever about how to make the most of the challenges and opportunities you’ll face as a college student, before a presentation by our keynote speaker, Erika McCalpine.
This year’s event is virtual, to support physical distancing requirements due to the pandemic.
