Whether you are a sophomore or rising senior, OSU-Cascades’ award-winning on-campus housing may be a good fit for you.
Oregon's newest beaver lodge offers a variety of room options. Choose from single rooms with private or shared baths, shared double rooms with suite-style bathrooms, or apartment-style options. There’s also plenty of study spaces and lounges with kitchens and ample gear storage. Students of all ages can find privacy, be steps away from classes, and be part of a growing university community.
Your housing bill includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, access to the residence hall fitness center and bike/ski/snowboard storage. Living on campus means no required deposit or security fees.
Current students who apply to live on campus will receive $675 off their 2017-2018 housing bill and a Bend Beavs fleece blanket!*
All floors and room types are open to sophomore-level and above students. However, many choose to live in single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom, or with other upper-division students in apartment-style suites in the Sophomore and Above Community on the 4th floor.
In addition to apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and a kitchen on every floor, you’ll be steps away from the Beaver Dam cafe in our campus dining center. The Beaver Dam features a variety of made-to-order foods, from grain bowls to personal pizzas.
Choose one of our 2017-18 dining plans and receive a 10% discount at the register. If you lived on campus this year, any unused meal plan dollars roll over to next year. You also have the option for Dining Plan #5 ($500/term) OR no dining plan at all!
Additional options: All room types
*A $50 contract signing fee will be charged to your student account. Discount will be applied to student accounts once per academic term in the amount of $225. If a student moves out of the hall midterm/year and breaks their contract, this discount is forfeited.
