In the psychology internship program, students will gain professional experiences by applying psychological science in a variety of work settings under joint faculty and employer supervision. Students will formulate career plans based on internship experience and self-assessment of abilities, motivation, and work habits. Students will attain skill sets desired by psychology-related employers and learn to evaluate work setting characteristics. Students will meet weekly with psychology faculty and a cohort of student interns to reflection on internship experiences and provide/receive feedback. Internship experience is an asset to your curriculum vitae or resume!
