Addie Howell

Addie Howell is the Manager of Academic Outreach and Engagement at Oregon State University–Cascades, where she works to deepen academic partnerships across Central Oregon, with a particular focus on local high schools and Central Oregon Community College. Her work focuses on supporting faculty engagement, expanding access to higher education, and creating opportunities for students to experience OSU-Cascades firsthand.

Addie invites educators, school leaders, and community partners to connect around academic partnerships, classroom engagement, and opportunities for students to engage with OSU-Cascades.

Addie brings experience in K-12 and higher education partnerships through managing dual credit programming and is passionate about building collaborative, student-centered pathways that help local students envision themselves on a university campus. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Western Oregon University and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Oregon State University.
