Ashley is a registered professional counselor associate with the state of Oregon and holds a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Oregon State University – Cascades. Ashley received a bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a minor in psychology from Portland State University and has certifications and core advocacy training from the Oregon Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence. Ashley has experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, trauma healing, and individuals managing anxiety, depression and adversity. 

Ashley uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling and values a genuine alliance to support overall well-being and self-acceptance. In her work, she utilizes a varied and collaborative process that empowers individuals to form healthy coping skills and wellness tools unique to their experiences within society and life. Ashley enjoys supporting college students and working within group settings as she believes healing is possible through community and connection.
