Blair oversees marketing strategy, media relations, community events and outreach, and conference services for the campus. Blair previously led marketing at Roanoke College, where his branding work received the highest accolade from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and was featured in Ad Age Magazine. Prior to working in higher education, Blair led product marketing for software and consumer electronics at Wacom Technology, Extensis and Rio, the company that invented the MP3 player. Blair also launched an outdoor industry startup called Trailfoody, which outfitted outdoor enthusiasts with unique trail food for day hikes and other adventures.
