Teaching and Supervision Approach
Faith teaches and supervises with a dynamic approach that adapts to the specific counseling situation. She leans heavily on the Discrimination Model which attends to three foci for supervision as well as three supervisor roles. Faith’s supervision centers on supporting the student’s development of counseling skills, while her own role shifts depending on whether she is teaching, providing guidance, or consulting.
