Before joining OSU-Cascades, Kaely taught college composition and worked as an assistant coordinator at the Oregon State University Writing Center in Corvallis. She has an MA in Literature from Oregon State and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire. When she’s not working with students, Kaely spends her spare time hiking in the desert, writing novels, playing tabletop board games and slowly learning to ski.
