Lupita is charged with continuing the efforts to co-create spaces, events and initiatives with students through the growing interest in activities, programs and organizations for underrepresented students. Lupita is responsible for coordinating programs and services to support undergraduate student success and retention working with individual students and student groups to provide appropriate support related to their specific concerns with a focus on underrepresented students (including but not limited to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Veterans, commuter and non-traditional students).
