Vicki Boudinot is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a rich and diverse professional background. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Portland State University and spent over 20 years working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before pursuing a career change to professional counseling. Vicki earned her master's degree in counseling from OSU–Cascades in 2007 and has been a licensed professional counselor since 2010. She has been part-time faculty in the Master of Counseling program at OSU-Cascades since 2011.
With over 18 years of experience in community mental health, Vicki brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her roles as a counselor, clinical supervisor, and educator. She currently serves as a clinical supervisor at Deschutes County Behavioral Health, where she continues to support both clients and emerging professionals. Vicki’s deep commitment to the Central Oregon community is reflected in her teaching. She thoughtfully integrates her understanding of local mental health systems and resources into her coursework, helping students connect academic learning with real-world application. Vicki is passionate about mentoring future counselors and fostering meaningful, community-based practice.
