*Classroom/event space reservations on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) or inclusive of extended hours (before 8am and/or after 8pm) incur a 20% surcharge on applicable rates. Verified tax-exempt organizations (e.g. non-profits, government entities) receive a 20% discount on applicable rates. Surcharges and discounts may apply to the same reservation.

Youth-serving organizations receive a 10% discount on all residential rooms. Reservations 8-14 days receive a 1% discount on all residential rooms, 2% for reservations 15-21 days, 3% for reservations 22+ days.
