What's new in the Fitness Center?

We've moved things around to allow more than 6 ft of space between Fitness Center users.

  • There is limited capacity in the Fitness Center
  • 9x9 ft. areas are marked off for personal workout spaces, one person per square
  • Masks are required
  • You will be asked to wash or sanitize hands before entering
  • Fitness Center users must wipe down equipment after use 
  • Fitness Center will be supervised during hours of operation
  • Supervised hours of operations have been extended to meet the need of high use times
  • The Fitness Center will close from 10-noon and 2-4 p.m. each day for deep cleaning
  • The space is only available to OSU-Cascades students at this time
  • Demand and hours of operation will be reassessed throughout the term
  • Students must have OSU-Cascades ID card to enter facility

Winter 2021 Fitness Programs

Outdoor fitness sessions: Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8 &10
Yoga sessions in person and online: Weeks 3, 5, 7 &10
"Outside the box" at home workouts: Weeks 3, 6 & 9
Winter sport specific workouts: Weeks 1, 3, 5 & 7

Fitness Center Hours

Monday- Thursday: 8 a.m.-10 a.m., noon-2 p.m., 4-10 p.m. (No entry after 9:30 p.m.)
Friday: 8-10 a.m., noon-2 p.m.
Saturday: Check the Recreation calendar for programming

Fitness Center is open to OSU-Cascades students only at this time.
