Fitness Center Located on the ground floor of the Residence Hall, the Fitness Center is open to OSU-Cascades students, faculty and staff. Student attendants are present in the Fitness Center, and can help with proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
Cascades Adventures Cascades Adventures aims to provide enriching experiences for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts. This program provides students, faculty and staff with an opportunity to participate in outdoor activities, outings, programs and workshops. The office also offers inexpensive gear rentals, an adventure-based reference library, and discounted ski passes.
