For Degree Partnership Program with Central Oregon Community College (DPP-COCC) students you will be advised from an OSU-Cascades Academic Advisor. Once you have been admitted you will receive information from Beaver Basecamp on next steps.
Getting Started at COCC - for OSU/COCC DPP students
Registering at COCC
Academic Planning Resources:
Use the COCC Transfer Guides, COCC Bacc Core Guide and work with your OSU-Cascades advisor to plan for COCC and OSU courses. COCC-DPP admitted students do not have an assigned COCC advisor, their OSU-Cascades advisor serves as the advisor for COCC and OSU-Cascades. Contact your advisor if you have a COCC advising hold.
Use COCC schedule of classes to plan your term. Determine your registration date and time and follow the COCC Registration link above.
You do need to inform your OSU-Cascades advisor if you decided to take COCC classes and have an Advising hold. Students are responsible for checking for these holds. Please let your advisor know, and provide your OSU or COCC ID so they can clear the hold for that term.
COCC will likely drop you from your course if you do not attend the first full week of class! OSU does NOT do this. Make sure you are indeed dropped from any courses you do not plan to attend. Refer to the COCC Attendance Requirement.
COCC waitlist process is different than OSU. Take some time to understand each policy.
