Open House
Phase II: Campus and Innovation District Development

Oregon State University - Cascades is planning for the next stage in its campus development. The work will prepare land for the first 8-acre phase of a future innovation district and also for an additional campus entrance on Century Drive.
Land remediation will begin in fall 2023 and continue the transformation of the former Deschutes County Demolition Landfill into buildable land.
Community members in neighborhoods and businesses near the campus are invited to an Open House to learn more about the upcoming work and how to stay informed.
The project is funded in part by the Oregon State Legislature and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield program.
