Recovery Support Resources
Student Health and Wellness is committed to supporting you through your recovery journey. Below are support systems on and off campus as well as virtual opportunities for you to find the right fit on your road to recovery.
The Collegiate Recovery Support Group
The Collegiate Recovery group offers a supportive space for students who are sober, sober‑curious, in recovery, or seeking help with substance use and related challenges. Weekly meetings include discussions on recovery‑focused topics, along with time for open sharing where students can talk about their experiences in a safe, understanding environment. The group’s goal is to build community and connection among students on similar journeys. No registration is required—students are welcome to drop in at any time.
For details on the weekly Collegiate Recovery Group, visit Bend Beavs Central or email student.counseling@osucascades.edu.

Nicotine Treatment
Quitting can be difficult, but you don't have to go through it alone. Whether it's quitting right away, cutting down, or just asking for help, we can provide local support to help you find ways to start.
Stop by the Student Health and Wellness Office today to properly dispose of any Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) and replace them with a Quit Kit from Deschutes County Health Services.
